Finding ROOTS is a homelessness prevention, diversion, and supportive housing program dedicated to helping people who are at imminent risk of becoming unhoused to remain housed or to navigate resources to ensure homelessness is as brief as possible when it occurs. Finding ROOTS also supports individuals and families who were houseless for longer than 90 days and are at risk of becoming unhoused again, or assist longtime unhoused folks maintain safety and dignity wherever they call home.
