COVERDALE CENTRE FOR WOMEN

Our Community Based Residential Facility, or Halfway House, is a supportive residence for women eligible to live and work in community after time in an institution. We work closely with CSC to provide wrap-around supports to enable women to successfully reintegrate into the community with confidence. Our programs are offered to women in our CBRF, alongside the programs offered by CSC. Employment support is also offered. We work closely with women involved in the criminal justice system to recognize and work to overcome barriers to successful independent living in the community or reunification with family. We also engage other community agencies to help complete the circle of support for our CBRF residents based on individual needs and interests.
