Hope Bridge Home

Hope Bridge Home is step three of our residential services program. It is an independent living apartment .This unit has no staff and the residents are responsible for all aspects of it. It is monitored by staff through individual case plan meetings. The women living in this unit are all working, going to school or working a case plan tailored to their situation.
